“Birthright citizenship confers automatically US citizenship to anyone born on our soil, “

That is also conferred if the parents are American citizens, regardless of where they are in the world when the child is born/

Children born abroad to US citizens are transmitted derivative citizenship thru their parents by blood, jus sanguinis It is not called birthright citizenship.

Here is the definition of birthright citizenship: a legal right to citizenship for all children born in a country's territory, regardless of parentage.

you are confusing ‘jus soli’ with ‘jus sanginis’, ‘soli’ refers to soil, ‘sanguinis’ refers to blood, the founding fathers adopted ‘jus sanguinis’ ... to We the People and OUR posterity, all foreigners are welcome to apply for US citizenship where upon becoming a US citizen, your children also become US citizens.
