You get three guesses and the first two don’t count.

“Young man, you just WAIT until your FATHER gets home!!!”

More like, "Wait until your father gets paroled."

I hope the kid isn’t charged with anything. She’s too young to understand the gravity of what she did.

What will you be saying when the next junior grade armed robber kills someone? What will you do when the next junior grade armed robber sticks a gun in your face?

The little turd needs to learn, NOW, the gravity of what he did.

Age of Reason

The age at which a child is considered capable of acting responsibly.
Under Common Law, seven was the age of reason. Children under the age of seven were conclusively presumed incapable of committing a crime because they did not possess the reasoning ability to understand that their conduct violated the standards of acceptable community behavior.
Those between the ages of seven and fourteen were presumed incapable of committing a crime, but this presumption could be overcome by evidence, such as the child having possession of the gun immediately after the shooting.

Children don’t reach the same milestones at the same time. He’s just a kid, a kid who needs guidance, but just a kid.

Was the gun legally hers and legally possessed by her? Inquiring minds want to know.
