I too feel I was fooled by the oligarchy about the Bushes. Even though I KNEW Bush with the Herbert was dirty. I was so happy to have the Clintons out, I apwas ripe for being fooled.

Conservatives are as dumb as liberals. When we hear a little of what we want to hear, we imagine the rest is roses and rainbow ponies, just like they do. A good Christian? Cries at returning soldiers and Amazing Grace? Clearly one of us. And flaws that are apparent we overlook.
