That actually is the problem. By today's definition, most James Bond movies depict rape - remember Bond with Pussy Galore in the barn in Goldfinger?

At some point in our society we will have to CLEARLY define rape. Or we will just have to accept that men can never be the instigators of sex.

Getting consent in writing is actually suggested on some college campuses and if you don't get the written consent and are subsequently accused, you are considered guilty.
