Did you sleep through your journalism classes on selection of type? All caps is much less readable (less able to communicate) and on the internet, it is considered yelling.
If you have something to communicate, keep your emotions in check, and present your material in the most effective way possible. Or if you prefer, rant in all caps to blow off steam.
