It is usually better to specify just the width so that the image isn't distorted. Your computer will quite happily figure the correct value for the other dimension. Remember that the percentage width/height is that of the enclosing container, not necessarily the page width/height.

Well, I think I will only use the height & width justification things if the original photo seems to big! LOL
