re: Fiorina can always move to New York state where they’re very fond of electing out-of-state carpet baggers to the US Senate.

Ahhh! But only if they’re liberal Democrats.

Good statement from her. She was very useful in bashing Hillary

Very useful indeed, as the fake "war on women" meme could not be used. My personal fave, after listening for a week to the media telling us she had travelled more miles than any other SecState, Carly said, "airplane travel is an activity, not an accomplishment". Loved it.

Gilmore? Is he still in?

Since its been hard noticing that he was in; it probably won't be noticeable when he is out.

She’s got some kind of cabinet position coming, methinks.

“With all due respect, I don’t agree. People make decisions based on all measure of criteria. It’s what makes us human.”

We certainly agree on that point. A corollary to that is that people often don’t make decisions based on a single reason.

>>> My point is that a candidate’s sex ought not be relevant in the consideration of that person as a candidate. It is not a qualification for office.

I was just pulling your leg with my snide reply. But seriously, we see how far MLK’s dream of considering not the color of skin, but the content of character, has come... in the negative direction. We’ve basically become a reverse apartheid country. Can we expect any better with gender? Hardly, if that freak Jenner is any indication.

Gilmore got about 10 times as many votes, in New Hampshire, compared to Iowa. He also got a higher percentage in New Hampshire, since Iowa has more than twice as many people as New Hampshire.

But he still got about 100 votes less than Vermin Supreme. Time for Gov. Gilmore to step up his game and go negative against Vermin: "Can you trust a man who wears a boot on his head? I'm Jim Gimore, and I approve this message."

Yes, 133 is over 10 times more than 12, yes indeed. Just over 11 times more in fact. It helps that he was actually on the ballot in NH.

IF this trend continues maybe he’ll get 1500 in SC, That would be good for about 0.25% or so if turnout was the same as last year.

Forget Vermin Supreme, let’s look at the GOP primary. Mike Huckabee, who dropped out last week, got 215 votes in NH. Rick Santorum, who dropped out last week, got 155 votes in NH. Andy Martin, the weirdo loser who’s run for office in IL, NH, CT, and FL, got 169 votes. At least he beat retired school janitor Richard Witz (105), and dropped out also rans Pataki (80), Graham (70) and Jindal (64).

In all seriousness, this is humiliating for Gilmore. Plug his name in the google news search and the first article is about how the old tv show “Gilmore Girls” is having new episodes on netflix. If I were him I would put a bag over my head and move to Tibet. I’d like to see him retain what little dignity he has left and retire permanently from politics.

Advocating for a candidate that gets less votes then empty cans of cat food is a clear sign of mental instability.

There’s a couple of these types on FR. Just proves my theory.

Thanks for the clarification. They are like bed bugs and head lice, very hard to really get rid of!

Candidates who suspend their campaigns usually get to keep any delegates they have won and can continue to raise money beyond what is needed to retire their campaign debts.

She ran a decent campaign, but was doomed from the start without the party elite behind her.

Maybe there will be a cabinet position for her in the future.

There hasn’t been a brokered GOP convention since 1948.
