i work in a college. during a discussion of firearms and school shootings, i was told that they needn’t worry - that i would get my gun and stop things. i looked up and said “you put so much effort to keep me from defending myself, don’t expect me to lift a finger to defend you.” i’m behind two sturdy doors and a cinderblock wall, not behind an open windowed office like them.
I tell every liberal idiot I have similar discussion with that my weapon is for my defense and the defense of people I care about, not you.
