Did you hear about the new bill that California Gov. Jerry Brown has signed into law?

....The bill...named the Reproductive Fact Act, aims to punish pro-life pregnancy centers, which offer women and girls compassionate alternatives to abortion. Under penalty of ruinous fines for every "violation," the law orders the pro-life centers to post notices and tell mothers that they can abort their babies and have California taxpayers foot the bill via the state's expansive Medi-Cal program.

They should put up posters with pictures of “aborted” babies and then show pictures of the baby parts on the meat rack for sale. Print “Visit planned parenthood” across the top. That’s all the advertisement the baby killers need.

This action by the State of California is a violation of Section 1 of the 14th Amendment with respect to 1st Amendment (1A)-protected religious expression and free speech in this case imo.
14th Amendment, Section 1: All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States [emphasis added]; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

Also note that the 14th Amendment gives Congress the power to legislative strengthen constitutionally enumerated protections when the states abridge these rights. But I think that all that our do-nothing, RINO-controlled Congress is going to do in this case is to shrug its shoulders.

Yes, they should advertise abortions—in a completely truthful manner.

I’m sure the law is meant to counter the loss of revenues that the abortion industry has been experiencing for some time due to the decreasing number of clients. If pro-life pregnancy centers comply with the law properly (by educating women about pregnancy and abortion), they will help to accelerate the abortion industry’s decline.

The law will be overturned in no time.

If there is a challenge to this transparent selective prosecution, I would want to help.

Unless, of course, The baby-in-blenders crowd are also, with the heavy boot of government on their neck, also forced to advertise all the legitimate pro-life alternatives.

I have had it with the perversion and abuse of laws under color of authority, or "regulation," that are quite transparently abuse toward the pro-life groups, obviously bureaucratic abuse.

Not the first of the last few years, in case everyone has forgotten.

Really. it’s about time these places stood up and said NO! That has nothing to do with our mission, and we won’t do it.

If more places did this, these out of control agencies would back off.

Does the law say they must perform abortions, or just advertise them?
It's time to get creative. Make super ugly pictures of aborted baby parts. Then tell them they can make ugly body parts somewhere else, but not here.
