His presidency. Not that it makes me feel good seeing how he stood up after it, but the facts are it was on his clock. Can’t sit here and scream at Obama for blaming Bush for everything, but then say “Bush could never know”. The intelligence community didn’t 100% switch over in Jan 2001. Sadly they should have been on the ball. But the blame can go either way.
