It is irrelevant to the video. Marco is mad at the great video Cruz made showing Marco using Obama’s immigration talking points. The point was that he joint with Obama and the Democrats for the Gang of Eight amnesty bill.
Photoshop is used all the time to demonstrate something. The only way it would be wrong is if it showed something that never happened. Has Marco shaken hands with Obama or not? Did he have the same talking points during the Gang of Eight bill process or not? Watch the video before you condemn it.

They should have made it more obviously cartoony then. This just sets Cruz up for another attack that he doesn’t need right now. He is my guy but he needs to reign in his staff a little so as not to feed Trump and Rubio’s attacks on his integrity.
