That said, I am sure he must have shaken hands with Obama at some time.

I’m saying that making a fake photo of two guys shaking hands makes you think that particular face to face meeting is true.
I would have no problem putting both guys in the same picture.
It’s the same as Fiorina saying that she met Putin. She never did.
