Again, what do you expect him to do when State didn't turn over the documents when requested? How was he supposed to speed things up when federal judges were the only ones who had the authority to force compliance?

Again, I do believe that he led everyone to believe that he was gonna “do something” THIS time. Knowing as you say, “he didn’t have the authority to do anything”.
