"SC is an open primary. That's not tailor made for Cruz" 74% self identify as Born Again or Evangelical. Think about it.

Oh I have.

I don't know what percentage of the voters and of the Evangelicals were cross over Democrats.

Think about it.

Trumps best chance is if they all stay in and he hopes he can get 1237 delegates. If Rubio, Kasich, Carson and Bush all drop out the Trump loses to Cruz in a one on one race.

Trump could win if Cruz drops out but we know he has the money and thinks he can outlast and get more votes than Rubio. If Kasich and Carson stick it out to the end would only be for the suspicion of having some influence at the convention, being “power brokers”.

The RNC is screwed if they all dropped except for Cruz and Trump. Then one or the other would have 1237 votes and the party would play hell denying the nomination to a clear winner. No, they want everybody to stay in.

That is the plan. all the Bipush voters are now Rubio voters. Trump smeared the wrong candidate.

Is there any data to show that any of them were?

You are wrong. Joe Plugs Biden the ancient GaffeMaster couldn’t win dog catcher at this point. He’s very unpopular with the general public, even with an expected sympathy vote.

Joe would win it easily with the sympathy vote for his dying son wishing dad would run for prez. The media would be on that like sauce on BBQ. And remember, Uncle Joe, the so called gaffe master, cleaned Ryans clock like the NY Yankess playing a little league team. Ryan was the best and brightest young warrior we had. It was demoralizing.

The media would attack trump, unlike now, for being so crude to such a nice uncle Joe. The media will turn on trump like a pet rattlesnake.

Of course some Democrats crossed over. It would be a statistical improbability for none of them to have crossed over.

I know in past SC primaries it was around 4 or 5%.

They could also be new GOP voters drawn there by one or another candidate.

Biden for slaughtered in 1987 & 2007. He dropped out due to a plagiarism scandal in one, and for 1% of the vote in Iowa, in another. Plus he’s got one foot in the grave now. He’s done. Toast.

They democrats can cross over and vote in the SC primary since it’s open...and guess what they did. Trump won thanks to the Democrats.

Please show me in the constitution where those terms are defined? If it’s not there please stop making up stuff.

Educate yourself.
Only ONE place in the oonstitution is the term Natural Born Citizen used. All other places the term citizen is used or the terms to designate foreigner. it is absolutely clear there were TWO types of citizens, Natural Born and Others who became citizens by a law or statute. Natural born is someone who is born of two citizen parents and on American soil. A person who can be nothing other than an American. It most certainly does NOT consider a Canadian citizen until 2014, a Natural born citizen, nor someone born of Cuban parents who were Not American Citizens. Neither Cruz nor Rubio are eligible.
Either you support the constitution as the LAW OF THE LAND, or you thumb your nose at the Constitution and the intent of the Founding Fathers. You can’t have it both ways.

87 & 07 are gone, forgotten and nobody obviously cares about plagarism. Age will not matter if he is needed to save the day if hillary is indicted. Never discount the sympathy vote if he is needed and never underestimate the power of the press, they brought us “yes we can”.

Cruz is in 3rd.

This morning all the Cruzbots are nastier than usual. I don't understand why. According to Cruz, he won!

I listened to Cruz’s speech. In one sense it was in another dimension and out of touch with reality. In another sense, he was trying to use positive thinking to keep his troops rallied.

I understand that.

But, it just underscores that last night was a bad night for him.
