Donald Trump says he's not sure whether Marco Rubio is eligible for the presidency.
And Rubio says it's just the latest in a line of Trump's "outrageous" comments designed to suck up media attention.
Rubio is a U.S. citizen who was born in Miami. He is, in fact, eligible for the presidency -- even though his parents migrated from Cuba.
But Trump stirred controversy on Saturday by retweeting a message suggesting that neither Rubio nor Texas Sen. Ted Cruz, who was born in Canada to a U.S. citizen mother, meet the constitutional requirements for the Oval Office....

I intend to vote for Cruz in the March 1 primary but if I eventually have to choose between Trump and Rubio, I will be a Trump man.

Marco Rubio is a naturalized U.S. citizen by the authority of the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Act of 1952 Public Law 414 Sec. 301 (a); therefore Marco Rubio is not eligible to be POTUS.

Cruz needs to call Rubio a “little twerp”, Cruz with the Pat Buchanan look is not as easy to attack.

Actually Rubio is an anchor baby born in Miami and neither parent was a U.S. Citizen at the time. Maybe he is eligible and maybe he isn’t. It would depend on what a panel of judges in the Appeals Court Circuit decided. An evenly split Supreme probably wouldn’t be able to decide.
Barry Soetoro/Barack Hussein Obama should be proof enough of the wisdom of the founders when they tried to prevent him from being President by requiring someone who could only be a US citizen and nothing else.

One cannot be anything else and also be a natural born citizen.
Obama told us he was born a British Subject.
Who believes Washington, Jefferson, Adams, Jay, Monroe, Madison, etc. would have found him to be a natural born citizen?
