A lot of us who work for corporate America have or, by March 31, will receive a package from our HR Departments which we must sign and return stating that we understand that our current health coverage is an elective benefit on the part of the company which be ended at anytime and replaced with an additional allowance (at the company's discretion) to buy alternative coverage on the (government run) marketplace.
