I continue to be amazed that on this website that was founded to promote Conservative viewpoints has been reduced to tearing down 2 of the top 3 Conservatives in the United States Senate in order to promote a conman that has spent his life buying off politicians.
They would give Cruz a perfect score, I grant you.
But Rubio? Is that because, in the end, he did NOT get away with his Gang of Eight treachery? And he has hardly done anything else?

Cruz seems to have thrown in with the amnesty pimp in some kind of pact so that one or the other can win. As a result, I am no longer a fan of Cruz. His positions have always aligned with mine. His tactics in this race are making me dislike him on a personal level.

He said Trump supported socialized medicine and quoted another debate. But Trump didn't say that. What Trump said was that he was not going to leave people to die in the streets.
Then Cruz said "Who is going to pay for those people dying in the streets?!!!"

My husband watching his first debate said Cruz twists things around and repeats them inaccurately.
Trump doesn’t have one of those damn scores, and he is in the lead.
So what does that say for the usefulness of the scores??
(I fully realize that preparing, dissecting, debating conservative absolute purity checklists is probably the single biggest skillset for contemporary conservatives, but this election is different.)
From the post debate polling, it appears to have repulsed most people!

What would Trump’s be? Maybe we should ask Planned Parenthood, or see if Trump has decided between Israel and Islam, which to support. Face it, yes, Trump is anti-establishment, But he is no conservative. He’s Sanders with more money and an equally bad haircut.
