I am a big fan of Cruz, but i want to see religion OUT of politics. It’s just another club the mainstream media uses to bash conservative candidates. Hint to future candidates: tell them “my faith is between me and God ... Now can we talk about the problems facing the nation?”
Period. End of story.

Which is exactly what Cruz, Kasich, Rubio, Carson are doing tonight on the Kelly files. Audience people are asking questions and they are answering. Trump is nowhere to be found for this.
When they release tax returns, contributions to churches and charities become public information.
I, too, feel that one’ religion should be a non-starter.
UNLESS the candidate is using his “religion” to sell himself as a candidate! If he or she parades his piety they’d better be the real deal, or the results of finding out the walk doesn’t match the talk can be just what’s happening to him now.
If ya ain’t got it, don’t flaunt it.
