The funny thing is, I actually have no problem with commercials on internet video sites.
They have to pay royalties to the artists and that’s the way short of subscriptions, which I never do.
Radio has always paid the royalties and the musicians deserve the pay.
Undoubtedly some people will argue vociferously about that (they’re overpaid!) but so what. Don’t watch then.
The internet is destroying the old controlled media model but has to survive and grow somehow. Paid ads...just part of that.
True that, no argument here. But still always happy when I missed on the commercial. Perhaps my ad blocker prevents me from seeing them, who knows. I know I can never read anything on Forbes website because of it.
