That may be true, but, in yet another wrinkle, I strongly suspect Hillary won’t be the only person referred for indictment...

Eccl 5:8 If you see the oppression of the poor, and the violent perversion of justice and righteousness in a province, do not marvel at the matter; for high official watches over high official, and higher officials are over them. That exact verse came to my mind as well.

I don’t think it matters. Obama will give Hillary a blanket pardon just before the door swings on his backside.
If he doesn’t Hillary would be seeing bars within the year. We’ll see just how strained Obama’s relations are with the Clintons.

Definition of "prosecutorial discretion": The political means to dismiss blatantly true charges against someone who has really embarrassing dirt against you or someone close to you.

Like the Republicans have enough of what resembles a gonad between the entire lot to even entertain such an act.

I dont think it matters. Obama will give Hillary a blanket pardon just before the door swings on his backside. If he doesnt Hillary would be seeing bars within the year. Well see just how strained Obamas relations are with the Clintons.I think that Hillary has problems whether she is pardoned or not. If she gets the pardon, it just plays right into Trump's anti-establishment campaign. He could point to the pardon as just another example of the government elites playing by a different set of rules. Of course, Hillary is toast if she is indicted by the Justice Department run by a Democrat administration.
The best thing that Hillary can hope for is that the Justice Department acts quickly and decides to exercise prosecutorial discretion and pass on bringing charges. However, she can't have this done in the middle of the general election campaign or it is the same situation as a pardon. However, it might already be too late for this action to keep this issue from undermining her campaign.

I hope that in 51 weeks, charges will be filed by our new Department of Justice against Lois Lerner, Hillary Clinton, and every other criminal who abused federal power under the corrupt, anti-American Obama Regime. Justice must be served, and they are all due extra helpings.

If there’s a Republican POTUS elected in Nov, the folks you named will plead guilty and buy pardons from Obama.

I’m beginning to give a little weight to the view that assassins may be dispatched to take out Trump. It was his tweet that the Fed should be audited that closed the loop starting with his vow to get the truth about 9-11, truth about WMD scare tactics in Iraq, about prosecuting the Clintons.
I normally stay away from such arenas of speculation. But the hatred and panic of the political establishment and their lackeys in the media are unprecedented in my lifetime. I’ve never seen such hostility and aggressive vehemence at this level, and I’ve been around for awhile.
But it was the Fed tweet that has turned me to look at the possibility that plans could be in works to take him out.
Looking back in history at any important politician who was in a position of causing concern and affecting action about the Federal Reserve (Ron Paul was allowed to escape because he was not a concern), one finds unexpected early retirements, disappearances, deaths, accidents.

I have felt this way since Odungo started “ taking over” police departments.
Without a whimper from the states involved.

When the Hildebeast crushes The Donald in November, it will only get worse.
The GOP might even lose the Senate again (not that anyone would notice).

When the Hildebeast crushes The Donald in November, it will only get worse. Rush just pointed out that all Dem primaries and cauci have been at or near record low turnout. Amazing since our population is a new record every day.

Dem primaries and cauci have been at or near record low turnoutTwo things:
- Other than the hard-core feminazis and the male-guilt crowd who show up to vote for the Hildebeast and the hard-core 99%-ers who show up to vote for Bernie, there's no reason to get off the couch. They're both elderly and white and neither one is a rock star.
- And why bother? The fix is in. Bernie's role is to provide token opposition. And when it starts to look like he might actually do something, the "super-delegates" are in the bag for the Hildebeast... So, to quote Bernie, "It's rigged!" and pretty much everybody realizes it.
But, in November, the entitlement class will show up in droves to vote against The Donald, just as the conservative base will stay home in droves like we haven't seen since '96 (Bob Dole).
