Might as well oil up the skates. As a lot of us have seen in the drawn out discovery proceedings, she will skate on these treasonous activities with nary a scratch. You or me? We'd already be cooling our heels. And some wonder why there are those out there that support Donald. He may be feeding us a line, but at least it's a different line than we've been getting fed. As far as I can tell, he doesn't owe anybody anything with the old "you scratch my back I'll scratch yours".

Impeachable offense, IMO

Eccl 5:8 If you see the oppression of the poor, and the violent perversion of justice and righteousness in a province, do not marvel at the matter; for high official watches over high official, and higher officials are over them.

American justice is dead! Double standards abound. The fix is in. Our Government is an organized crime syndicate. The 2 party system is the political version of “crime families.” Work your way into the “family” and you are protected.

Seriously past time to take to the streets!

From The Way-Back Machine

“Senate votes 56-43 to confirm Lynch as attorney general”

“Senators voted 56-43 to confirm Lynch, more than 160 days after she was first nominated for the position by President Obama.”

Ten Republican senators broke ranks and sided with Democrats to get Lynch over the 50-vote threshold:

Kelly Ayotte (N.H.)
Orrin Hatch (Utah)
Lindsey Graham (S.C.)
Susan Collins (Maine)
Jeff Flake (Ariz.)
Mark Kirk (Ill.)
Rob Portman (Ohio)
Thad Cochran (Miss.)
Ron Johnson (Wis.)
Mitch McConnell (Ky.).

> To now dethrone the Democrat nominee with an indictment is much more difficult than if it had been done after the Iowa caucus. And the closer we get to the convention, the more distasteful and difficult any action against Hillary.

Garbage.

Justice Department officials used “prosecutorial discretion” to shelter former IRS official Lois Lerner from a grand jury after she was held in contempt of Congress. “I believe that in the exercise of prosecutorial discretion, the matter was handled and was resolved,” Attorney General Loretta Lynch told the House Judiciary Committee.

Lerner is just the beginning.

This is no surprise.

My only question is, how much of this can be reviewed by Attorney General Chris Christie and charges brought in another year or so?

You or me? We'd already be cooling our heels.

Sure thing. Let's just ask General Petraeus what he thinks...

For the longer the Hillary email "scandal" plays out, the more protracted the discovery and analysis by the FBI, and the deeper into the campaigning and nomination process we go, the less likely any indictment of Ms. Clinton.

An indictment was never going to happen.

The protected and the unprotected. If there was ever a more glaring example.

And that was by design. Instead of actually taking specific action, the DOJ can "work things out" with the FBI to slow-roll this investigation until it simply becomes "too late" to act on it.

Don't believe that pabulum about Comey being incorruptible. Obama and his cabal know every possible detail about Comey's life as a result of his background check. A quiet reminder about some embarrassing aspect of the life of Comey or a family member can keep even the most powerful figures quiet.

That may be true, but, in yet another wrinkle, I strongly suspect Hillary won’t be the only person referred for indictment...

I hope that in 51 weeks, charges will be filed by our new Department of Justice against Lois Lerner, Hillary Clinton, and every other criminal who abused federal power under the corrupt, anti-American Obama Regime. Justice must be served, and they are all due extra helpings.
