It’s been 23 years since Deputy White House Counsel Vincent Foster was found dead in a Virginia park, setting off one of the biggest controversies of the Clinton administration.
Foster, a close friend and former law partner of Hillary Clinton’s, was discovered on July 20, 1993, lying in Fort Marcy Park with a fatal gunshot wound. Two investigations, the first led by Robert Fiske and the second by Kenneth Starr, concluded Foster suffered a single, self-inflicted wound. A simple suicide. Case closed. But newly discovered evidence unearthed from boxes stored deep in the National Archives lend credence to theories about foul play and cover-up that have been hinted at by at least three books and countless articles. Sounds just like a story line out of “Scandal”. Olivia Pope and her Gladiators would and had run such an operation. Several times.
And the evidence was most expertly scrubbed.
In the beginning, it appeared that Starr was out to uncover the truth. Unfortunately, it soon became clear that he was there to provide cover and a thorough whitewash. they didn't want a sitting President implicated in murder.
Incidentally, Trey Gowdy appears to be employing a similar tactic.
A careful reading of Partick Knowlton’s appendix to the Starr Report supports the conclusion of a conspiracy afoot of some type. Starr fought to have Knowlton’s eyewitness account, offered by Knowlton’s lawyer as an appendix and which contradicts the Starr Report on some very crucial points, excluded, but the federal court said no and ordered it included.

Bullet hole in one side of neck but no exit wound? Very weak bullet, and it must be in the body, but the autopsy didn’t locate it.
Sounds more like a puncture wound from falling after the suicide shot.
Moved bodies are easy to discern.
For all of this to be covered up would require too large a conspiracy of local people. It’s not believable.

Oh, now—we ALL “know” that “conspiracy” theorists are irrational and dumb.
Hint: it only takes two people to create a “conspiracy”. All of history is just a collection of conspiracies.
Why give the label “Conspiracy Theory” to ANY event, since all events are actually always a conspiracy.
It is ALWAYS to prevent the truth from being known; it is ALWAYS a cover-up of great significance, when they use that irrational term, since every “political” event is planned by at least two people. It is only used to denigrate people who research murders/etc., so they are never listened to by the ignorant masses and it can be brushed under the rug and the criminals can RUN everything (like now).
We do have the insane running everything now—they are forcing men into little girl’s bathrooms/locker rooms, and preventing parents from getting treatment for their emotionally destroyed children, who are forced into indoctrination systems of artificial reality (insane asylums called public schools). We are living in the Twilight Zone-—really.
Like the Franklin Cover-UP-—major “conspiracy theory” which no one has heard of—that was SUPPOSED to be on 60 Minutes—but SCRUBBED by the CIA run satanic homosexual sex-ring-— which was PROVEN true. They even had photos/pictures/documents but they “disappeared” with the killing of a lawyer and his 12 year old son in a “plane” crash (explosion). They even had names of Congressmen/judges/elites who were involved in satanic sodomite sexual rituals in the White House-—and CRICKETS.
Why? It is labeled a “Conspiracy Theory” so NOT TRUE, like with the CIA murder of JFK, Jr etc.
I went to that site several years ago, and concluded that if somebody starting from, say, the area of the Mall, with a fresh corpse in the trunk that he needed to dump really quick, Ft. Marcy would be a good place.
First exit across the bridge from DC, and you're on the George Washington parkway. Pass the far too open picnic area and continue on to Ft. Marcy, where there are hills and lots of cover.
Not a place where you would want to be discharging firearms, with all those neighbors the other side of Chain Bridge Road, but perfect for laying out a nice, quiet, "suicide" scene.

The weapon found next to Foster’s body was a classic “drop gun”—assembled from parts of various makes and models of different guns, so it was untraceable, and wiped clean of fingerprints,
Also, the article says no bullets were ever found anywhere in Foster’s office or residence. You can’t go into a sporting goods store and buy just six bullets, you buy them by the box.
