Stan Greenberg, a prominent national Democratic pollster, released data Monday morning that suggest moderate Republicans - nearly a third of the GOP base - are being ignored by their presidential candidates. These Republicans don't revile Planned Parenthood - in fact, many prefer the women's health group to pro-life groups and candidates who take hard-line stances on abortion. They're supportive of same-sex marriage. They're not enamored of the NRA. They have less rigid attitudes about sex. They accept climate science.
"It's mind-boggling," Greenberg said. "They're considered illegitimate within the Republican Party, and no one is speaking to them."
It's a dynamic Greenberg said could drive those moderates toward Democrats this fall, and he wants his party to work to make that happen.

Yes, prominent Democratic pollsters (isn’t that an oxymoron?) are EXACTLY the people who know what’s what. Fortunately they can be counted on to misinterpret what’s right in front of their well-fed faces. Sorry if I have offended any hungry people. Or pets.

If our “moderates” want to get in bed with far leftists, PC commissars, and socialists, then they aren’t really moderates.

It's called the GOPe, and yes, they probably are feeling a bit disenfranchised right now. Good!

“Democrats draw plan to shatter the GOP”
Here’s the plan: “Leave the Republicans alone, they’re doing it to themselves. Now how do we get rid of this old Socialist hobo?”

It wasn’t too long ago we heard about disillusioned Democrats having a serious look at the GOP to support Trump..... nearly 8 yrs of Obama’s hype wiped out any “Hope and Change”.

In other words, the uni-party is solidly united against the grassroots voters’ favorite choices: Trump/Cruz. Who wudda ever guessed it.

Of course, the Democrats are going to roll out their another effort from their Master Tactic Campaign Trick Book. These Communists are going to go stealth so that the communist detectors from the moderates won’t detect who they really are: just true-blue and dyed in the wool Communists.

It's not a thiord, but what if it is? Jettison them and take in their mirror-image counterparts from the independent and Democrat pools who are turned off by the crony capitalist look of the Republican Party.

What these "pollsters" don't quite grasp is that the liberal Republicans typically live in solid blue states that the GOP only wins in landslides like 1984. Does it really matter how Republicans in Rhode Island vote in presidential elections?
