The other day a local Boston radio host (Howie Carr) had on a pol named Joe Malone who used to be pretty popular around here when Romney was king.
Anyway, they had a pretty frank talk on what motivated Romney and it pretty much boils down to (besides the fear of the entrenched pigs at the trough) that every day Romney wakes up pissed off and mystified as to why people were so stupid as to not vote for him in 2012. Joe (who knows Romney) said he has no doubt it is jealousy of Trump.
It was a great piece and worth listening to if you care - probably find it on podcast for Howie Carr yesterday, March 3.
