Vladimir Lenin said, There are no morals in politics; there is only expedience. A scoundrel may be of use to us just because he is a scoundrel.
I cant think of a better description of Ted Cruzs relationship with the DC-Wall Street Establishment Cruz being the scoundrel of course. Cruzs claim of not being a tool of the political elite is like Bill Clinton telling the world, I did not have sexual relations with that woman.
Websters definition of a scoundrel is a dishonest or unscrupulous person, and Cruz has become quite adroit at saying one thing while his history shows him doing the other. Rather than the outsider he claims to be, Ted Cruz is the ultimate insider, former top Bush 41 policy aide and globalist, Ivy Leaguer, and establishment insider.

I’ll be voting for Cruz on Tuesday. Still the best choice in my opinion. My second choice will be Trump.
Total BS fed by fear of a rising Cruz that is going to take down the classless Trump.
Everyone's position is set, no amount of fact or fiction is changing one Freeper's mind.
Nothing but meaningless banter back and forth at this point.
Each antagonizing the other for fun & spite at this point.

So you are saying that Cruz didn’t vote for the Corker Bill?
Did his no vote actually prevent TPA from advancing?
This article is by Roger Stone, a longtime Trump loyalist and operative. This isn’t journalism. It’s a Trump hit piece.
WSJ Op-Ed
Ted Cruz & Paul Ryan
http://www.washingtonexaminer.com/cruz-ryan-urge-senate-to-pass-fast-track/article/2563423
Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, and Rep. Paul Ryan, R-Wis., penned a joint op-ed for the Wall Street Journal Wednesday calling on Congress to pass Trade Promotion Authority legislation. The two conservative lawmakers argue that the legislation, also known as “Fast Track,” is urgently needed to strengthen the U.S.’s ability to negotiate future trade deals.
“By establishing TPA, Congress will send a signal to the world. America’s trading partners will know that the U.S. is trustworthy and then put their best offers on the table. America’s rivals will know that the U.S. is serious and won’t abandon the field,” Cruz and Ryan wrote.
Yes to all . Cruz is much more establishment than people want to admit.
Cruz has no real experience of having done anything yet because he mouths the right words of Conservatism people automatically think he has the solutions. He certainly is not any Reagan.
Reagan had a successful acting career, President of SAG twice, Governor of California and all those years as the host of The GE Theatre traveling to GE plants all over the country giving speeches. He had a great understanding of the America at that time. We will never see the likes of him again in our lifetimes.

Roger Stone saying that is HUGE.
Cruz also lacks executive experience. Just like Obama.
