Republican presidential candidate Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) has cancelled his visit to Mississippi, according to state Sen. Chris McDaniel.
“Unfortunately, I just received a call from the national campaign chairman,” McDaniel wrote on his Facebook page. “The event at JCJC has been cancelled. Ted Cruz will not be in Mississippi tomorrow, as he evidently does not feel well.

Cruz did really well on Saturday, I doubt that he considers his campaign to be over. He probably feels that his chance to win in MS is over. Which, if true, gives him a good reason to take a day and rest. I can't blame him.

FWIW, I was speaking specifically about the rumor at the link. It hasn’t gained any traction today, so I’m assuming it’s not true. Because it’s a rumor, I’ll let you try that link yourself. I won’t type out the words in an unsubstantiated story online.

Whenever a candidate does this, in most instances, then it means Cruz’s campaign knows they cannot win the State.

I’m with you. Trump could run as a democrat just as easily. Trump has even backtracked on his illegal immigrant position.
Not sure what it would take for Trump people to see Trump says whatever his audience wants to hear.
Who in their right mind would want this nut to be president.
He hasn't the intellectual nor emotional maturity to be president.
I wish he would had run as a Democrat. All the nasty types that I assume are high schoolers would be over at DU where the belong.
