They should have a JDAM “platoon feature” in which a group of missiles launched at slightly different times interlink and then coordinate, braking or diving so as to arrive on target at exactly the same time.
The better to prevent people from taking cover.

I don’t see how they could come up with an accurate body count without BOOTS on the GROUND.
I suppose they could use satellite photos but even if they did I don’t see that it could give an accurate count.

The Air Force should have launched a flight of B-52’s in a cell of three.That would have assured a highly successful mission.
