Wish I could laugh, but my heart sinks when I see crap like this.
Can we start making “basic sanity” a prerequisite for getting a research grant?
We are not peers but my review is that the study is full of fecal matter.

Can I get a grant to study issuance of stupid grants and its correlation with the increase in college and university employment (faculty, staff and post-doctoral students)? Or, correlation with number of spots on Tasmanian spotted cats?
A mind (and taxpayer money) is a terrible thing to waste.
A perfect example of why we need to replace ALL politicians, set term limits and assign a separate committee of NON-POLITICIANS to oversee the distribution of funds going towards these “bogus” type programs.
My head hurts from this.

Better yet, ZERO distribution of funds. It is all “junk science” and we the people should not be funding it. Let them get funding from private sources.
