An analysis published Sunday in the Washington Post of the emails found on Hillary Clinton’s private server included emails Hillary herself sent that contained classified information. That she should have known the information she herself put in these emails should be classified, and having the power herself to classify them, puts the lie to her claim that she is innocent of wrongdoing because others did not mark them classified.

Though Her Royal Heinous *was* an OCA, she had no authority to declassify material from another OCA, such as those associated with the DoD or intel community.

My guess is she gets so sick she has to withdraw from public life in return for a pardon of course or she takes a dirt nap. Either would stop the legal gears from grinding her up.
Her aides having sworn allegiance to the devil are looking at career ending legal actions unless you consider incarceration in a federal prison a career.

Well the headline had me spewing my coffee bright and early.
I have no doubts she will offer a quid pro quo to get out of the jam. O will issue a pardon in exchange for a SCOTUS seat (assuming she would even get elected). If O starts campaigning for her, you know the fix is in.
The nice thing about her being a public candidate and commenting on the whole e-mail issue as being a non-issue “nothing I sent was marked classified” . . . is that all this can be used against her in a trial. And who cannot detect classic Bill Clinton in her response.
Agree... all I am saying is that she as an OCA should damned well have known better and there is no excuse like the crap she’s presenting as excuse.. It is a serious breach of judgment at best. I come down on the criminal conduct side.

Level of classification can differ between agencies it is true but it obviously has to be there in some form since the SoS cannot do their job without top secret information.
