Absolutely true that big government regulation and unions hurt our companies’ productivity. Liberals are waging a war on business. Cruz is a true conservative who is opposed to those things more than anybody. He is going to lift the burdens on business more than anybody. He’s said it over and over.
Please outline for me which tariffs on our products you want to try and get removed. I don’t know about any of them specifically.
I have absolutely no reason to believe that Cruz won’t get the best trade deals possible. He’s smart and strong and patriotic. Trump is a longtime crony capitalist and I suspect he will try to stick things in the trade deal to help his family’s business. I trust Ted, not Trump.
It was not even on Cruz’s radar until Trump made it an issue. He does not have a record of accomplishment like Trump does. Trump was talking about trade problems years before Cruz was even a Senator.
It isn’t a product by product issue...it is a nation by nation issue. China, Mexico, India, and others all in one way or another restrict our products...China is probably the worst. It isn’t always tariffs, it can be delayed inspections for perishables...common in China.
Cruz has not shown any real capability to make deals...Trump is literally one of the best negotiators in the world and truly understands what harm these trade deals do. Trump has great experience all over the world and will handle the situation. If, the establishment succeeds in sabotaging Trump’s campaign I will support if it is Cruz...but, reluctantly. I really, sincerely do not believe Cruz will get it done. Especially, his radical tax plan (I like but it won’t float this congress), or reduction in regulations...but, he would be better than Hillary...
