Ted Cruz was anti-establishment before Donald Trump was even a Republican.

Didn't Cruz call out Majority Leader Mitch McConnell as a liar on the Senate floor, on the record?

The GOPe hates Cruz as much Trump and you know that.

Ted is a line jumper in the GOPee. That is why they don’t like him. It’s personal, not political.

Deep down that still may be true but it is pretty obvious the GOPe is using Cruz to try to keep Trump as the nominee.

That works both ways as Cruz would have had to sacrifice his conservative principles to embrace what the GOPe is doing. I was a big Cruz fan while he has been in the Senate, but these recent developments have been very disappointing.

They hate him so Wall Street like Mercer back Cruz and Jeb’s brother is on Cruz campaign? Seems a funny way to hate him!

He most certainly did. After admitting that he was suckered into voting for it. Not sure that I would use that as an example of his leadership abilities. Kind of like, he was for it before he was against it.
