So, you are saying that none of those people are:
1. a natural born citizen
2. OR a citizen of the U.S.
3. AND 35 or older
4. AND has been a U.S. resident within the U.S. 14 years or more.
That part of the sentence which reads “..or a citizen of the United States” tells me the person didn’t have to be born in the U.S., as long as he is currently a citizen who has lived here for 14 years and is age 35 or older.
Please clarify what that “or” means.
the “or” a citizen continues, “at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution”. The language refers to those already born at that date and those yet to be born.
So, you are saying that none of those people are:
1. a natural born citizen
2. OR a citizen of the U.S., at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution

None of those people I listed are natural born citizens of the USA.
or a Citizen of the United States, (you left out) “at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution”
