Bullock's use of state plane displays duplicity ( Montana )

On Feb. 16, Gov. Steve Bullock flew to Missoula from Helena to conduct “state” business, which also happened to “conveniently” coincide with a campaign event, using the state’s turboprop airplane, at a cost of not less than $1,000/hour.

A 115-mile drive, it’s probably an 80-mile flight; not the type of flight for which this plane is designed. More offensive is that he’s flying to a destination that includes a campaign event, using state equipment/taxpayer funds to do so.

This has been an ongoing practice of this governor (the same modus operandi recently used for campaign events in Billings and Bozeman). Despite funding his campaign with untold amounts of “dark money” (perhaps millions) from his stint as chair of the Democrat National Governor’s Committee, he persists in thumbing his nose at taxpayers from Montana by using state property on campaign trips. Apparently, personal accountability and character are not qualities the governor holds in high regard, while asking the rest of the state’s population to endure less money in their pockets through higher taxes and increased state spending (up 20-plus percent the past three years). His duplicity is on full display.

...

Bullock continues to hide from the public, insulating himself from answering critical questions such as the $1 billion dollar error on the state’s balance sheet, among 125 errors discovered in just one department.

A 115 mile drive in Montana takes a few minutes more than one hour.

Sure, but an 80 mile flight, including driving to and from the airport, only takes a little less than an hour, so many minutes are saved, at a cost of only a couple of thousand dollars.

An easy trade-off considering it is someone else’s money!

Bullocks is a shallow, bitchy, secretive Obama-lover rather along the lines of Martin O'Malley.

Only even less manly. Unmanly O'Malley.

p.s. He fired his own lieutenant governor 'cause she was as bitchy as he was, but of differing opinions.

I am a life long bookkeeper—mostly for small businesses.

I can assure everyone that I have NEBER made a
$1 Billion error-—not even anything close to $1000.

I have never had 125 errors in just one department, either!!!

The graft & corruption in American politics is beyond my imagination.

I want each & every department-—local—state—and Federal audited by professionals. Results p0ublished for all to see.

The taxpayers deserve better.

“A 115 mile drive in Montana takes a few minutes more than one hour.”

Not really.

Two mountain passes, lots of twisties.

It takes almost two hours when we do not have snow.

BTW, I live in Montana and my Governor is a douche.

Bullock appointed his former Lieutenant Governor, John Walsh, to the United States Senate.

It was discovered that Walsh had lied and cheated while attending the US Army War College. The War College took back Walsh’s diploma and had his name scraped off the plaque showing that year’s graduates.

This began to open up a series of questions about Walsh’s ethics.

Walsh then withdrew from his Senate re-election bid.

So, Walsh dishonored himself, the Governor, the Democrat Party, his family and the state of Montana.

So, what happened to this disgraced man?

The Democrats gave him a high paying federal job in Montana that he is not qualified for.

The purpose of the Democrat Party is to elect thieves to office so that they have access to the public treasuries so they can loot them.

Is Jim Molloy , lawyer who failed to pay income taxes, related to Judge Donald Molloy?

Molloy, 60, a longtime acquaintance of Bullock, was appointed in December 2012 and said he was part of the team who worked on the governor’s Main Street Montana project and

Good question. Have no idea but Judge Molloy was born in MT and Jim practiced there.

Only about 10 years difference in age so Jim would have to be a brother, nephew, cousin, etc. Possible but probably be hard to find out.
