Since it is more and more clear that the GOP Presidential Primary race is evolving into a two man race, with Donald Trump leading and Ted Cruz attempting to challenge that lead, I though I would post a chart of the various people supporting both candidates.
This is not, by any means and exhaustive list...but it is a list of some of the better known people endorsing them.
I think it is an interesting comparison. well know people on both sides with strong records and histories behind them in their various areas.
Irrespective of whom you support, it is clear that:
I have said it many times and will say it again. My own 1st choice is Ted Cruz, but I will support Donald Trump 100% is he is the nominee.
I hope that others, who are choosing Donald Trump first, will do the same should he not win (which quite frankly is less and less likely, particularly if Donald Trump wins both Florida and Ohio).
Here's the chart:
I never indicated that it was complete, and in fact, I said upfront, it was not meant to be complete. Here's what I said:
This is not, by any means, and exhaustive list...but it is a list of some of the better known people endorsing them.
There are literally millions of people endorsing both candidate.
It was simply a comparison of 35 or 36 endorsements of each.
Hope that clarifies things for other posters.
Yep...been pretty crazy. Far too many people on both sides (IMHO) are going overboard.
In the end, we are going to have to come together and support the winner. And I am more than happy to do that with either Trump or Cruz.
Either of them will make a far, far better President and do far far, more good for this country..
We’re going to need all the support we can get to keep Hillary or Sanders from getting in there.
Ya left out some pretty important endorsements for Trump, Jeff. It looks like a list Levin would make up.

Rudy?
Sheriff Joe?
Jon Voight?
Kris Kobach?
As someone else said up thread..use the wiki link.
Cruz picked up 13 new fundraisers from several of the candidates who dropped out including Neil Bush.
Document for me the "entire Bush dynasty involved in supporting and financially backing Cruz".
Trump’s already called for unity. But there are those who’ll will fight this to the end. You know it, and I know it.
I must be understood, there are literally several million out here in the hinterlands who have no desire to see their gravy train leave the station. It’s not easy to save a country from decline and disaster when so many are profiting from it. But it’s going to happen and there will be casualties.
I got a hot tip for ya. All the money in the world from an insider minority, wont help a candidate who is not supported by the majority.

True. If history is any indicator, the emotionally voting ignoramus’s will screw around insisting “MY GUY can win” until the GOP give us Jeb or Rubio at convention, instead of helping us see that the GUY WINNING gets elected.
They ask us to throw out Trump for someone who only half as many people will vote for! They know he can’t attract independents or Blue Dog dems and Trump is getting more evangelicals, but they DO NOT CARE!!! Self inflicted blindness.
We went thru the same crappola with GW BUSH, with most of the same people. They simply would not allow anyone but Bush to be considered during the primary. Those primaries were cut off sooner with less votes than Trump has gotten. In this race, ALL the underlings got more than their fair share of coverage and promotion.
Trump and his supporters got him this far, he’s been ahead since day one and they tell us to just ignore that.
It’s stunning.
“All the money in the world from an insider minority, wont help a candidate who is not supported by the majority.”
Thanks! lol...that’s what I was trying to say in post 69!
I said up front it was not complete...for either man.
Heck, put together a more complete list and feel free to post it on this thread. You'll goet no flack from me. If you are gong to be fair though, do it for both.
As I have said, I think it important since this is developing into a two-man race, for people to see that there are many people of consequence endorsing both people.
The time will come soon, when one of them wins...and it is most probably going to be Trump.
When that time comes...I am fine with that and have posted some good articles about Trump right here on FR telling people why.
When the time comes, people are going to need to (IMHO) come together and vote for whomever the winner is.
Lists like this show us all that both men have good people supporting then.
You're right AuntB. Similar to Mark Levin, Jeff Head does well with his list. Both guys are patriots.
Jeff, here is the full list of Reps. from the House, including the ones that you already mentioned. Amash, Babin, Bridenstine, Brooks, Broun, Buck, Burgess, Culberson, Duncan, Franks, Gosar, Graves, Hice, Huelskamp, Johnson, King, Labrador, McClintock,, Meadows, Mooney, Weber and Williams.
Thanks for the hot tip.
Please document all the "insider" money in the Cruz campaign.
Sheez...read what I wrote.
The list was never meant to be exhaustive for either man.
You want a more exhaustive list...post it. I have no problem with that, either way.
The whole point is that some very impressive people support both men and soon one of them will be the nominee whom we will need to come together to support.
I am perfectly happy with that, be it Trump or Cruz.
You’re welcome. Btw, got computer? Feel free to do your own research regarding who’s funding whom in this election.
As I said, it was a good list.
Thank you.
Oh, I can assure you that I've done my own research about who donates to Cruz.
The problem is that my research doesn't match your claim about "all the money in the world from an insider minority".
Really. So what happened to the $500,000 the Cruz PAC funneled to the Fiorina corrupt PAC?
Thanks for giving me the list of Trump supporters. Now I know who to write off as complete sell-outs and chumps. Any Presidential ticket with Trump on it will fail miserably and all of his "poorly educated" (his words) supporters will go home with their overpriced souvenirs and another President Clinton.
thanks for the chart, JeffHead. I think Kayne West is out but Omarosa Manigault, Howard University School of Business, is in
