Well, Putin is running low on cash I think.
A year ago this was more affordable.

Wow! That is how you conduct military activities.
It’s a shame our so-called leaders have to make everything political.

Obama made the case most recently in an interview with the Atlantic's Jeffrey Goldberg, in which Obama said Russia was "overextended" and "bleeding" in Syria. This will be the spin the Obama administration will use: "Putin realized that he was overextended, and the situation was quickly developing into a quagmire for the Russians, just as I warned it would, so he decided to cut his losses."

CNN filmed Aleppo, the “moderate” rebel base, in the aftermath. The only reason Russia would want to maintain an air power presence in Syria is if they wanted to see rubble bounce. Mission accomplished. Easy enough to restarting if it needs more accomplishing.

"Vladimir Putins announcement on Monday that Russia will begin pulling out of Syria appeared to take the White House by surprise, and revived concerns that the Russian leader is outmaneuvering Barack Obama. And notice:
No restoring mosques
No building roads.
No educating the chidren.
No building schools.
No economic aid.
No accepting/importing "refugees."
In short, no stupid nation building.
Just go in. Kill the enemy and leave.

Apparently it is a well known fact. Ask Fidel and the Iranians, who got a lot and gave up absolutely nothing.

Right. Perfect time for the Bear to bow out. Syria is being invaded by Turkey trying to wipe out the Kurds who have heretofore been USA allies.
