Two bullet casings that might have proven an FBI agent shot at Robert "LaVoy" Finicum apparently disappeared from the scene shortly after the Jan. 26 confrontation turned deadly, according to law enforcement sources and newly released police reports.
Five FBI agents assigned to the traffic stop told investigators that none of them fired at Finicum's Dodge pickup after it crashed at their roadblblock. Oregon investigators, however, concluded that one agent fired twice at the truck, hitting it once in the roof and missing on the second shot.
A state trooper later described to investigators seeing two rifle casings in the area where the agents were posted. Detectives tasked with collecting evidence didn't find the casings, police reports indicate.
FBI aerial surveillance video shows that before the detectives could get there, the FBI agents searched the area with flashlights and then huddled, according to law enforcement sources who have seen the video. The group then broke and one agent appeared to bend over twice and pick up something near where the two shots likely were taken, the sources told The Oregonian/OregonLive......

The shot that hit the truck shattered a windshield.
No wonder LaVoy was saying stuff like 'shoot me' after he emerged from the truck. He was under the impression the truck was being shot at and was trying to draw fire on himself.

That Video is very damning, I wouldn’t have been in that situation to begin with, but if someone had shot at me immediately after exiting the vehicle with my hands up, I would have reasonable concluded that someone was there to kill me.
Fear for one’s life and those around you can make you do strange things.
Kind of like the solders in a foxhole, seeing your brothers in uniform coming under fire will make even the peacenik in uniform engage in violence.
As corruption deepens, spreads and further transforms law so it serves the transgressive purposes of corrupt politicians and their cronies rather than protecting the rights of citizens, law enforcement itself becomes a tool for the enforcement of corruption

This case, and the media/public indifference to a clear case of murder after law enforcement overreach shows how we are now just the American Sheeple, willing tolerate just about anything, and ripe for total control in the era of robots and cashless virtual reality mind control. “Brave New World” is now less science fiction and more a manual for the near future.

I looked at the video in totality, one of the justifications for the actions was that they almost ran over one of the state police officers .... but looking at the tape I can clearly see that the state trooper jumped out in front of the truck and shot at the truck and the truck was never aimed at anyone
I believe he stepped away from the truck to draw the fire but I suspect they were fired on as they approached and were swerving to avoid the roadblock. Thought for sure I heard the sound of bullet "cracks" hitting the truck in the girl's cell phone video taken from inside the truck. But unfortunately, LaVoy was saying "Shoot me!" right from the get-go back at the first stop with his passengers by his side. And if I recall correctly in the cell-phone video, I thought I caught a glimpse of Ammon Bundy squeezing off a round or two around the time the FBI were firing on LaVoy. Could be wrong though.

No one from the truck fired a shot period.
Ammon Bundy was in a separate vehicle whose driver quickly pulled over. That driver, Mark McConnell, is suspected of being an FBI informant-plant.
Ammon’s wife Lisa told “The Voice of Idaho” in a You Tube video several weeks back that AMMON BUNDY NEVER CARRIED A FIREARM DURING THE PROTEST. AMMON BUNDY WAS UNARMED THE ENTIRE TIME HE PROTESTED IN OREGON.
The only side in the Oregon Standoff that used violence and fired bullets was the FBI side.
