Supposedly he’s on a vegan diet.
He’s got some health problems going on.
Not predicting or hoping, but, just saying, I would not be shocked at all if he passed away soon.

The most plausible explanation I can think of is that he didn’t have an erection today, so his “big brain” had sufficient bloodflow to support itself.
I think that disconnected, spacey look during yesterday’s appearance indicated that BC got some very bad news from insiders in the Justice Department. He had that stunned look of reality setting in.
I wouldn’t be surprised if the FBI released a damaging report while Obama was on his trip, as far away from America as he can be when the news comes out.
He looks really out of it.
