Nice article, but isn’t the National Review decidedly against Donald Trump?

I have my own reservations about Trump, but I’ve still been willing to support him as a political leader. If “conservative” leaders don’t support him, they should be saying they don’t like things about HIM, but support different things he says and would welcome other leaders making the same points and standing behind them in the public debate.

So how does the National Review expect Republicans to successfully oppose Garland without there being a general willingness to debate the issues of his nomination and then stand behind one’s arguments, rather than walking their words back and capitulating?

This Judge Garland is just not gonna work.

When I clicked on the hyperlink I thought I was going to read an article about Judy Garland.

It’s as bad as Attorney General Loretta Lynch.

Sorta how I feel. You can be a fool and still be decent, but anyone with a “first class mind” who is a liberal is, by definition, NOT A DECENT PERSON

There is safety in numbers but we must travel single file like the sand people to hide our true strength.

I swear I read the title, as “Judy Garland and the Left’s Disdain for Truth.” I thought this was some sort of “I guess were not in Kansas anymore” kind of moment.

I agree. A person with a first-class mind can understand that leftist policies have very bad outcomes. If he thinks that’s acceptable, then he’s not a decent person.
