None of them have a good plan. A plan that actually leads to victory. Mostly, it’s platitudes about defeating Isis, uniting countries etc...

The reason, I think, is that the only way to actually achieve victory is via a real war and no one really wants to admit it. Trump has come the closest but even he hasn’t said it.
