Maybe someone should explain to her the nature of her job. She seems unclear on the concept.

Well of course liberal Sonia will go with her feelings instead of federal law and make an effort to to bring the rest of the libs with her.

She wrote several 2nd Circuit opinions that were unanimously overturned by the Supreme Court. The wise latina doesn’t know the law from third base.

Not sure when we ceased being a nation of laws, but the unpunished IRS abuses, CJ Robert's personal rewrite of Obamacare, Obama's fiat illegal-alien amnesty, and Hillary's apparent immunity from prosecution - all indicate the Rubicon has long faded from the rear-view mirror.
Spinning up a wild interpretation of the rules governing PR is just the latest addition to the body count.

Today Puerto Rico. Tomorrow Detroit. Next Week Chicago. Coming soon to more democrat led cities, states, and provinces in the future.
There is almost no chance that politicians will not bail out these reliable voters. Too bad there is nobody to bail us out when the house of cards finally collapses.

Case will probably be “affirmed by an equally divided Court.” That would mean PR loses.

It's no longer a Supreme Court.
It's a friggin' bastion for defending "politically correct" ideologies.
