Fifth attacker sought in Brussels airport and subway bombings

Police in Belgium are now searching for two terrorist suspects who they believe escaped from Tuesday’s twin attacks in Brussels that killed 31 people and injured 260 after a deeper analysis of subway surveillance videos, local media reported Thursday.

Two terrorists killed themselves in a blast at the Brussels Airport and a third perished with his powerful bomb at a subway station an hour later. Islamic State claimed responsibility for the attack, which further exposed Europe’s security failings and sparked fresh calls for more cooperation among its disparate intelligence services.

Police had already identified a fourth suspect from surveillance videos who had escaped after abandoning his bomb at the airport, and Thursday it emerged that a fifth suspect was captured on closed-circuit TV film as he helped the subway bomber carry a large bag, according to Belgium TV network RTBF and French newspaper Le Monde. Even though the CCTV images of the third airport bomber have not been released to the media, neither RTBV nor Le Monde published the images of the second subway bomber.

The news that two terrorists could still be on the loose ahead of Europe’s four-day Easter holiday starting Friday sent another chill through Brussels, as the country remains on its highest security alert.

I like to follow the five why’s rule of problem solving. In applying this rule to western terrorism happenings, by the time you get to the fourth “Why?”, a politician surfaces.

these arrests are kind of like arresting a Blood or Crip. There’s only 40000 willing to replace him.

they will be arresting until they no longer are in charge of the country anymore and cant arrest anyone.

It started with Clinton arresting the four men who tried to bring down the Twin Towers instead of tracing the terrorist money and declaring war no that country. (probably Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Iran, Iraq, Syria, but I could be wrong)

I am currently near Amsterdam and talking to the locals. Pretty interesting. Many middle aged folks are determined not to give the terrorist acts attention publicly. Of course they are somewhat worried but don’t want to show it. They are also worried that the terrorists will give rise to the “right”. As I understand it, their version of “right” they are referring to is a Hitler type of extreme leader. After WWII the following generations must have been warned and warned of such a leader rising again. Just my take.

The more they avert their eyes from reality the more likely they make that scenario.

I often wonder why these pieces of information appear as news-—unless they are disinformation; designed to flush out or confuse or identify those who may mobilize in response to a tweet or something. Which is my hope. But I know better.

ok now the next step shouLd be to remove every trace of their dna from the face of he earth

the only thing a jihadi raghead from the sandbox understands is BRUTE FORCE applied ruthlessly.... THAT WILL GET THEIR ATTENTION AND CALM THEM DOWN...

you hit them in the head with a 2x4 to get their attention and proceed from there...
works every time.......

Europeans have the choice of going 20% towards “Hitler” (that being, I suppose, the imagery of the militarized police force harassing and ultimately removing and killing “dissidents”) or going 300% towards Hitler if Islam takes over their countries.

The Dutch suffered some pretty serious punishment from the Nazis in WW2. And absolutely understandably, fear having their country bombed and overrun by overwhelming mechanized force. Rotterdam was blown to bits AFTER a cease fire had been negotiated, and Holland surrendered shortly thereafter.

OK, so they are gun shy, I get that. The Dutch don’t have the “stand up vs capitulate” attitude.

They don’t see Syria. They don’t want their cities to look like Syria. So they invite in the people who produced Syria. They don’t want bombings & killings. So they invite in the people who carry out those acts.

To what brain isn’t this the single most insane act in human history?

I know I am cynical but I really am finding it hard to ‘feel sorry’ for the countries that allowed this mass invasion - It has been going on for years, little blips showed up in forms of molestations, torching cars and general, unsophisticated rioting - at least—
IMNSHO, the latest refugees who were so open armed welcome to the host countries, contains the ‘organizers’ - the leaders that the millions of deeply seeded subjects have been needing.

We can look for the same if we continue to import these ‘bad apples’ into our cities.

Also, it really isn’t taking all that long to trace these people back to neighborhoods - WHICH leads me to believe that they were under surveillance already - like in Boston...

Going to have to tighten the screws on illegals OF ALL SORTS (how about Nazi Pelosi and her ‘well there are 50,000 illegal Irish immigrants’ are we supposed to be saying oh we have to forget about all of them.

IF ILLEGAL TOSS ‘EM. Period. At least see what they are up to.

The same government that can’t find 30 million (give or take) people here illegally - for whatever reason - can trace a cow with ‘mad cow’ disease back to its birth in a matter of days.....

I appreciate your thoughts and agree with you. It really is amazing though. Many Americans immediately and correctly IMO want to fight back and eliminate the treat. Europeans, not so much......and they have Hitler to thank.
