Never liked lyin’N ted and if by some freak thing Trump is not in the ballot I’m not voting for Lyi’n ted, I’m writing in Trump. I would never waste my vote on cruz.

He did play it slicker than snot at the start, fooled a lot of people. Supported his senate run with $, and at the start of this campaign. Elmer Gantry without the looks or charisma.

Sad disappointment.

I didn’t say I was moving away with gold. I thought you were some kind of “conservative intellectual?” Now go back and re-read my post. I said where a dollar will be like gold, meaning stretches farther than here.

Ok, where is that? Do you mean that Cruz will restore the economy?

He is hiding something, I remember when he called Mitch a liar and flip flopped his TPA vote he was trying to hide the fact that he was the primary cheer leader for TPA/TPP in the Senate. So I wonder what Cruz is trying to hide? I am beginning to think the National Enquirer might be on to something.

Cruz did not attack Trump because he saw Trump as a means to destroy the old guard establishment, without him having to lift a finger. Cruz was all too happy to have Trump do the dirty work when it came to Jeb in particular, but his strategy backfired. Also, Trump brought to the forefront the topic of immigration in a way Ted Cruz would never have been able to do. Fact of the matter is Cruz likely would have lacked the courage to bring up immigration in such forceful terms.

In the same way, the old guard establishment did not really attack Trump as they attack him now as they assumed the Trump voter and the Cruz voter were one and the same. They did not believe Trump would become a serious contender, but they did believe he would syphon enough votes from Trump to send Cruz out of the race early, again a miscalculation.

And the political talkers all did the same, depending on who they truly supported. The National Review types went with the old guard establishment strategy. The more conservative talkers went with the Tea Party establishment strategy. Now all parties are going after Trump in the manner they should have gone after him from the start and they are too late.

Both sides of the GOP coin have only themselves for the rise of Donald Trump. He could have been gotten rid off early, but they missed their opportunity in the summer and early fall and Cruz fully legitimized Trump by appearing with him and playing second banana at that big rally in the late summer / early fall. That is on him and all the people who supported him.

I’m convinced that 90+% of the Noobs are Moron.org lackies working for Hillary.

They have succeeded in assuring that 70% of the general electorate would never vote for slime-ball Trump!

If you have any real proof that Cruz had even one affair why don’t you post it?

he fooled me at the start , but thankfully I saw who cruz really was and he is not the guy who stood out as the man of the people or the anti establishment.

Just another sleazy lying lawyer who gets elected to office and will say anything to get what he wants.

That's the Bart Simpson cry of guilt:

"I didn't do it, nobody saw me do it, you can't prove anything."
