His one chance (and it’s a small one) is to focus on what NE got wrong, keep up the volume, keep attacking Trump for “attacking” Heidi, and hope against hope the baying mob moves on.
The truth is probably 1 star-struck lover (Carpenter) + hookers. Maybe the $185K check to the Fiorina girl will turn out to be a payoff. The other named girl has issued a strong denial and plans to sue.
What’s much MORE likely is crumbling of the defenses all week, and a “stand by your man” press conference by Heidi before the weekend.

I have refrained from commenting on the scandal, because I have no idea if it’s accurate or not. I won’t comment about the reported “affairs” of Cruz unless facts come out. Even though I support Trump, I want to be fair.
I will say this, though. I hope, for his and family’s sake, that Cruz had no improper relationship with Carpenter. That bimbo has “bunny boiler” written all over her and reminds me of Glenn Close in “Fatal Attraction”.
She seems very unstable and an attention whore who will do anything for fame. I wouldn’t be surprised if she sleeps with married men.
I hate to hear that she has children. She seems too unstable to be a parent.
