Let me begin with this. If the National Enquirer wrote a story about me cheating on my wife with five women, I had better be extremely definitive in my response; because if I’m not, my wife –smelling the guilt – would kick my ass. OK, let me also tell you that I wouldn’t be angry; in fact, I’d be ecstatic. It’s fun to count money from guaranteed punitive and compensatory damages in a multimillion dollar lawsuit.
But that’s me. I can’t speak for Senator Ted Cruz except to say that so far his reaction seems —well, not exactly definitive. He calls it “garbage and false,” not exactly a denial. Then he plays the victim, calling it an attack on his family; “offensive to Heidi and me, they’re offensive to our daughters,” he writes.
Actually, it’s not an offense aimed at your wife or your daughters; it’s aimed at you, Senator. Then, there’s the attack on Donald Trump.

Until the Cruz supporters love American more than they hate Trump, they are perfectly fine with Cruz being the spoiler.
Of course, that only applies when the attacks are on Ted Cruz. There has been several articles from "liberal websites" that went after Trump and were welcomed by the posters because it met the narrative that it was negative about Trump.
Personally, I think very little of Rick Sanchez. However, I do have a problem when fellow Freepers are called retarded because they have a differing viewpoint. Instead of addressing the substance of the posters argument (there are many valid points that have been made) the poster is attacked as being liberal in an Alinsky type manner.
Let's cross that bridge if we ever get there. Right now it's a bridge to nowhere.

The establishment and cruz now have cut their nose off to spite their face, thus a vote for cruz is a vote for the establishment as there is no way he will take over 80% of delegates and take NY, NJ, RI, CT, PA, MD, DE..
wanted cruz as he portrayed himself as anti establishment and so did others on here. Once his campaign failed and is losing he got cozy with the establishment and those who have remained stubborn now won’t admit they are helping the establishment , when once they were proudly saying he is anti establishment.

Well I apologize to all for flipping my lid. I do not like Rick Sanchez and I do not like attacking other conservatives. If anything we should be focused on Hillary and Obama right now. There is nothing to be gained from attacking Cruz or Trump. We need to prepare for the general election. We need to FReep the dems hard right now.
I have confidence that you have made your decision for good reasons and I respect that. I just have a different opinion.
We can't all be the same.
