Let me begin with this. If the National Enquirer wrote a story about me cheating on my wife with five women, I had better be extremely definitive in my response; because if I’m not, my wife –smelling the guilt – would kick my ass. OK, let me also tell you that I wouldn’t be angry; in fact, I’d be ecstatic. It’s fun to count money from guaranteed punitive and compensatory damages in a multimillion dollar lawsuit.
But that’s me. I can’t speak for Senator Ted Cruz except to say that so far his reaction seems —well, not exactly definitive. He calls it “garbage and false,” not exactly a denial. Then he plays the victim, calling it an attack on his family; “offensive to Heidi and me, they’re offensive to our daughters,” he writes.
Actually, it’s not an offense aimed at your wife or your daughters; it’s aimed at you, Senator. Then, there’s the attack on Donald Trump.

Those with a brain recall how Clintonian parsing and denial works.
When an article accuses one of 5 affairs when maybe only 3 are really true, one can righteously exclaim that the article is "garbage and false" without denying that affairs took place.
Is that what is happening is happening here? I have no opinion. But I do know Clinton-like parsing when I see it.

If this story would inexplicably turn out true, I would likely not support Cruz.
But untill someone comes out with one helluva lot more than what has been presented, it remains in my “just another bogus political smear” file.

Not me...I’d not give it the air to breath apart from calling it the smut it is, which Cruz has done. And that’s plenty more than enough. I wouldn’t feed the media who will run with it just as FR has....what nonsense and shows again how low the media and the American people have stooped to once again show they have no interest in what matters and rather would be “entertained” by nitwits.
I don’t think he’s paid; I think he’s a true believer and for me, that’s even more scary.
