Ted's problem is, he is too incompetent to declare that special loan on FEC filings... Or else Ted decided he could get another loan to pay the fines for non-disclosure..

He did declare it on other forms.
It was a clerical error on that one form.
If he commuted a crime, why no charges from the FEC? Why no investigation? Because it’s BS rhetoric from an opposition campaign.
