A Rubio spokesman confirmed the push Wednesday, while suggesting it’s more an effort to thwart Trump by denying him the necessary delegates than to somehow get Rubio back in the game in the event of a contested convention. Rubio, you are out of the game. The people didn't want you. Now, you want to try and override the will of the people by playing delegate games.
If the people want Trump, they will probably regret it later, but it's what they want and you are an elitist and a weasel for standing in the way.

Why hasn’t the Cruz campaign gone after Rubio for shopping the sex scandal months ago?Because then Cruz would expose what he knows about Little Marco's sexual preferences and foam party past.
Think of the Cruz Mistress Crisis and the Rubio Sexcapades as being components of a mutually assured destruction pact.
That's why there is not even a smidgen of indignation against Rubio by Cruz.
Besides, such internal warfare would distract from the GOP's task at hand--stop Trump.
