If you were an hr guy....looking over prospects for the next three or four years for hiring within your company...wouldn’t this attitude bother you? I’d probably go and recruit only around University of Alaska or some college in Idaho. Loser attitude.

I would recruit college grads from Pepperdine University, or Hillsdale College. Met several from both, and loved em!

Former military is a pretty good place to recruit. Community Colleges, too.

Four Year Liberal Arts Schools? Not so much. And, I'm sad to say that state schools - even those with a technical bent - aren't what they used to be.
