Now that question is completely legitimate...from political position Trump should offer at the more moderate abortion position then Cruz but from the who is the more conservative position Trump offered the more conservative answer so its laughable to hear these Cruz supporters now trying to say hes not conservative because hes harder line than Cruz on abortion
-------------
What the Cruz side is really saying is they use abortion to suck money out of pro life people but have no intentions of really making it illegal. Trump ruined their scam. Sadly, Trump has no choice but to tow the GOP official line on abortion because banning abortion is as popular as eating anthrax to the American electorate = it pains me to say it as a pro lifer but it is true.

Question... what about an abortion where there’s no third party involved it’s just the mother and the child?
I’m quite sure that’s self abortion kits or directions could be provided on the internet.... just like there are suicide kits and directions on the internet...... that becomes a freedom of speech issue

I think you may have nailed it.
What we're finding out right now is that, essentially, the pro-life/conservative establishment is, and has been, functionally pro-choice.
