look basic logic tells you that if you contract with somebody to commit a crime.... you’re also guilty of committing the same crime...
you just trying to rationalize it away to say the person that contracted to the crime is not guilty of it...
what about restricted abortions where the woman lied to a legitimate provider about the status...
Say cases where it’s restricted to a case of rape or incest ????
so the woman says yes I was raped or yes it was incest
All she has to do is say that lie and it’s legal?
And she can’t be prosecuted for the lie....
But how can the provider be prosecuted they were lied to????
Cruz supporters are as logically consistent on this abortion position
as they are logically consistent on the birther position when it came to Obama vs Cruz
